My name is Maria Dinu (Galca) and I live in Bucharest, Romania.

I’m writing the “Life Toolkit” blog to help young professionals, companies and entrepreneurs be more effective. This is not about Time Management - it's about doing the things that matter, not just at work, but in your entire life.
I have about 10 years of experience in the Human Resources field, and I've completed my a formation as Professional Coach at ICA (International Coach Academy). My experience lies in working mostly with young people (students and young professionals). I also have a full time job in the corporate world.

I coach as part of my job, and within my limited amount of free time, on effectiveness, getting organized, small business management or people management.

Coaching is a form of personal development. The coach accompanies the client to success, by using mostly questions, and not giving directions. This way, the client gets to his/her own solution, without being pushed.

I work with several types of clients, but all have one thing in common - they're feeling overwhelmed by the many things they want to accomplish. They want to figure out what matters to them, plan how to get it, and get it.
